Viridium has been appointed by Indurent, one of the UK’s largest warehouse and logistics real estate companies, to provide energy performance and decarbonisation advice across their South East and South West property portfolios.
Our team is delivering EPC modelling and improvement, MEES compliance, and retrofit-first decarbonisation strategies to help Indurent futureproof its portfolio.
David Tyson, Head of MLI (North) at Indurent, commented:“Viridium’s support has been instrumental in helping us progress towards our ESG goals, including upgrading all EPCs in line with regulation. Their speed of delivery and practical, unit-specific recommendations have enabled us to stay on track and plan future improvement works with confidence.”
Gemma Cornwall, Founder and Director of Viridium, added:“We’re proud to be working with Indurent on this important project. Their proactive approach to sustainability is reflected in the way their asset managers are engaging with us to deliver a clear and effective strategy of improvements.”
Founded in 2023, Viridium has already surveyed more than 330 buildings, achieving an average 79% reduction in emissions across client portfolios and saving 4,753 tonnes of CO2e annually. By taking a building surveyor-led, retrofit-first approach, we help clients unlock long-term value, reduce embodied carbon, and stay ahead of legislative change.
