We are delighted to announce that our founder and director, Gemma Cornwall, has been appointed to the new RICS Professional Group Panel for Building Surveying and Building Control.
The Professional Group Panels have been established to develop the knowledge and professional practice of surveying by providing expert market insight. Gemma will be working with other members of the panel to promote development of knowledge across the sector, particularly in sustainability.
Gemma notes that the industry can "make much more purposeful strides towards a more sustainable built environment by sharing knowledge and developing a robust bank of resources for surveyors to draw from".
"We are excited that our clients will have access to the most up-to-date thinking in the industry and that Viridium has an opportunity to improve the learning available to surveyors, to give other consultancies the confidence to deliver projects sustainably."
