Legal Committment
We have made a commitment to consider Viridium's impact on our stakeholders, now and in the future, by building it into our legal structure. To do this we have altered our Articles of Association to include mission-aligned legal language. Our stakeholders are not just limited to our shareholders and instead extend to our clients, suppliers, communities and the environment.
Triple Bottom Line
Profit is not our only driver. In fact, it's not even our most important one. Our triple bottom line of people, planet and profit considers the social and environmental impacts of Viridium's business operations. This shifts the focus away from solely profits, but on generating profits in a way that is better for both people and the planet.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Viridium is a female-owned consultancy with a committment to promoting DE&I in the built environment through our involvement with Women in Property and the RICS Inspire Ambassadors programme. The latter involves hosting workshops in schools to students who otherwise may not have considered a career in the built environment.
Community Impact
As well as volunteering for local charities including Resurgo's Spear Programme and the Lancashire Wildlife Trust, Viridium's business operations revolve around improving buildings for occupants and society. Furthermore, our supported living schemes provide specialist housing to allow some of the most vulnerable members of society to integrate comfortably.

Viridium's Pending B Corp status is clear evidence of our sustainable and ethical operations, meaning our clients can demonstrate sustainable procurement of consultants in their supply chain.
Most companies can demonstrate an attempt at Corporate Social Responsibility, but positive social impact is in Viridium's DNA. Making legal changes to our Articles of Association and committing to regular assessments from a global accreditation body proves we are not just paying lip service to the mission for a inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy.
